How would you define your role in education? And what has shaped your professional identity?
In the eyes of my colleagues, I am a highly action-oriented individual with exceptional execution skills. To my students, I am a mentor who is always willing to listen, accompany, and offer support. I enjoy continually expanding my capabilities. Over the years, I have earned multiple professional certifications including CFA, FRM, CFA ESG, and SAS9. I have also systematically studied educational psychology to better understand students growth mechanisms and emotional motivations. For me, education transcends mere knowledge transfer—it is a journey of helping students rediscover themselves and build confidence. I aspire to be a teacher who illuminates the path of knowledge with expertise and nurtures heartfelt growth through empathy.
At Jinqiu International, I have found a platform that seamlessly integrates “rational training” with “emotional companionship,” further solidifying my commitment to deepening my educational journey.
Has any student ever particularly moved you? What does that mean to you?
The student who left the deepest impression on me transferred from a top high school in Shanxi to Jinqiu International. Though academically outstanding, he was reserved by nature. When he first arrived, he struggled to adapt to the international curriculum system and hesitated to express his thoughts. As both his math teacher and personal mentor, we navigated numerous adjustments and breakthroughs together—from study methods to social mindset. Gradually, he became more adept academically and more natural in his relationships. It brought me great joy to witness the growing self-recognition and confidence he built within himself.
To me, every student is a unique potential star. I am willing to invest time and patience to help them shine. The most moving aspect of this profession is that you are not merely imparting knowledge—you are helping shape the lives of young people, one at a time.
