Jin Qiu International Mentor Class Supervision

    In order to create a better teaching environment for students and continuously improve the quality of teaching in the teacher team, Jinqiu International has established a mentor supervision group.

    Mentors, through in-class supervision, absorb and collect the strengths in teachers' teaching, and promote excellent teaching ideas and methods. For the aspects that can be improved in teaching, mentors will also provide teaching optimization plans and suggestions, further improving the quality and efficiency of teaching.

The supervisors discussed and finally established the content and process of supervision. At present, the supervision of entering the class is underway. Supervisors enter the classroom, attend classes with students, and provide feedback on classes.

02. Supervision Process

    1. The mentors of Jinqiu International at least listen to the classes three times a week.

    2. Standardized supervision feedback needs to be generated after listening to the class.

    3. The supervision feedback needs to be sent to the course instructor, the head of the teaching and research group, the class mentor of the class listening to the course, the director of the international academic support of Jinqiu, and the principal of Jinqiu International.

    4. Regularly organize feedback sharing meetings to summarize the teaching situation at the stage.

    The supervision feedback records include lesson notes and lesson evaluations, covering aspects such as classroom content, course progress, classroom highlights, and areas for improvement, to comprehensively assess the quality of the classroom teaching and the students' classroom experience.
